What surprised me most is how Body Balance has stimulated me to change. I wanted to improve my eating habits but I was not convinced that I could do it. When I thought, "I'll give it a try", I found out that it was so easy! Body Balance has helped me change my perception of what I can achieve. I have given up eating junk sweets forever.
Physically I feel much better. Emotionally I seem to have a more open and friendly attitude towards other people. I feel more confident about my looks and I am more assertive in my day to day dealings at work, and it's paying off. I am achieving so much more than I did before.
What worked for me was consistently repeating the self-reflecting exercises outside of the group meetings. I also found that eating healthily improved the quality of my life. Body Balance provides many incentives and the framework for self improvement."
