"Where will you be in five years from now?" One of the key question of the programme. Where was I at the beginning of the programme? Stressed."

ImageCompletely arrogant towards food, drinks and its effects on my mind and body. I thought could get thinner if I wanted but it did not work as there was no proper structure and too many occasions to decide that eating and drinking were the best things to do. The word "sabotage" used in the programme was absolutely appropriate.
Body Balance opened my mind. It was a humbling experience to share my weaknesses with the rest of the group and to hear that they shared similar experiences.
I gained permanent awareness of my  physical and mental reality. The information on nutrition and  the tools to use in my daily life were interesting and accessible. I found that reorganising my eating habits could be a real pleasure.
We received a great deal of health coaching i.e. complete revision of physical weaknesses, allergies, sleeplessness, mineral deficiencies, all of these coming almost in every case from an overweight and unfit body.
After a short period of "detox" from blood sugar disruptors, the weight started to drop off and at the same time I experienced a very strong wish to reconsider other aspects of my life. The feedback from the group was invaluable.
Now I am using what I have learnt to think long term for health, fitness and serenity in both my professional and private life. I  have already made big changes and I want to remain that way in five years from now and for much longer.
